Low Emissions Industry Program (NSW)

$500,000 to $10 million

The Low Emissions Industry Program provides co‑funding to help NSW manufacturing and mining facilities implement large‑scale projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions. The program supports proven, commercially mature technologies that can be deployed quickly to future‑proof industrial operations and support NSW’s transition to net zero.

Geophysics and Drilling Collaborations Program (GDC) – Round 19

Up to $200,000 per project

The Geophysics and Drilling Collaborations Program supports mineral exploration projects that improve geoscientific knowledge and advance resource discovery in the Northern Territory. The program provides co‑funding for drilling, geophysics and related exploration activities to de‑risk underexplored areas and support future resource development.

Green Iron Investment Fund – National Development Stream

The total funding pool is at least $500 million.

The Green Iron Investment Fund – National Development Stream supports early movers in establishing commercial-scale green iron production facilities across Australia. Its objectives are to de-risk early capital investments in green iron production, attract private investment into the industry, generate economic and employment benefits, and deliver community outcomes aligned with the Future Made in Australia Community Benefit Principles. The intended outcomes include transforming national, regional or local economies through the development of green iron capabilities, and contributing to emissions reduction across the steel value chain in line with Australia’s decarbonisation goals.

WA Co-funded Exploration Drilling Program – Round 33

Up to $220,000

The Co-funded Exploration Drilling Program supports explorers by covering up to half of their exploratory drilling expenses. It's a flagship initiative of the Exploration Incentive Scheme (EIS), running twice yearly and refunding up to 50% for innovative drilling projects, with specific limits.

NSW Critical Minerals and High-Tech Metals Exploration

$50,000 - $250,000

The Critical Minerals and High-Tech Metals Exploration Program will invest $2.5 million over the next two year to encourage more exploration in NSW, by funding successful applicants to undertake drilling, geophysics and geochemistry.

Advance Queensland Ignite Ideas Fund Round 13

Tier 1 up to $100,000; Tier 2 up to $200,000

The Ignite Ideas Fund offers funding for commercialising highly innovative products or services, at or beyond the minimum viable product stage. This fund serves as a companion program to the Advance Queensland Ignite Spark Program, which supports projects in advancing highly innovative products or services from prototype development through testing and validation to market readiness.
