Queensland Destination Events Program (QDEP)

The Queensland Destination Events Program (QDEP) aims to leverage the benefits between events and the destinations they are staged, extending the effects of the economic, marketing and social benefits of events throughout metropolitan and regional Queensland.

Visions of Australia Program – Round 21

Funding of approximately $2.8 million is available each year across two funding rounds.

The Visions of Australia Program provides funding to support the development and touring of quality exhibitions around Australia by Australian arts and cultural organisations. Program funding is distributed through two streams: development and touring. These streams support various costs, including exhibition design, crating, installation, freighting, and artist loan fees.

Critical Technologies Challenge Program – Round 2

Stage 1: $100,000-$500,000; Stage 2: up to $5million

This program supports consortia collaborations with funding to develop quantum technology solutions or components addressing market-driven challenges of national significance. Projects may also integrate advanced technologies like artificial intelligence and robotics to create innovative solutions.

Regional Airports Program – Round 4

$20,000-$7.5million

The Regional Airports Program aims to support the enhancement of aviation safety, accessibility and climate resilience. Up to $7.5 million in funding available for regional airports and aerodromes.

QLD First Nations Fashion and Textiles Accelerator Fund

Tier 1: $30,000 Tier 2: $60,000 

This fund seeks to support First Nations artists to share their stories, celebrate their cultural identity and maximise the economic potential of their art by translating it into fashion and fabric, with focus on commercial growth.

QLD Arts Organisations Fund 2026-2029

$100,000

Arts Queensland will provide support for small to medium-sized arts and cultural QLD companies become stronger and share their creative works. This fund will support the core operational and program delivery costs, helping to ensure they are well positioned to deliver on and leverage the opportunity of the 2032 Brisbane Olympic and Paralympic Games.

QLD Collaborative Exploration Initiative – Round 9

$250,000 (individual applications) - $400,000 (joint applications)

The CEI offers merit-based funding to encourage industry investment in under-explored areas of Queensland. It supports innovative exploration techniques and promotes the discovery of future minerals, aiming to enhance the resource industry's success by expanding knowledge of the region's geology and resource potential.

SEQ Innovation Economy Fund

Tier 1: $1million-$5million Tier 2: $5million-$25million

The South East Queensland (SEQ) Innovation Economy Fund provides grant funding to stimulate investment in capital projects that fuel the growth of innovation precincts, driving the creation of more knowledge-intensive jobs.

Made in Queensland Program – Round 7

$50,000 - $2.5 million

The Made in Queensland (MIQ) Program offers grant funding to assist small to medium enterprises (SMEs) in the traditional manufacturing sector based in Queensland. Its primary objective is to enhance their international competitiveness, productivity, and profitability by facilitating the adoption of cutting-edge technologies and processes. By supporting existing manufacturing jobs and fostering the creation of future roles within Queensland's manufacturing businesses and supply chains, the MIQ Program strives to fuel the growth of Queensland's economy.
