The On Demand Fund provides grant finance for the production of online series and one-off XR projects made in Western Australia. Its objective is to develop talent and promote innovation in the Western Australian screen industry. Funding is available for projects intended for public access on a screen-based device.
Applicants must show market support through a current letter of intent or deal memo from a bona fide distributor, exhibitor or major online or digital content provider, supported by a strong distribution strategy. Projects must also spend at least 75 percent of the total budget as Qualifying Western Australian Expenditure and have a resident Western Australian key creative team. One member of the key creative team must have experience producing online or digital content.

- In exceptional circumstances, applications outside the stated criteria may be considered if the applicant can demonstrate the project is significantly aligned with the strategic plan.
