SA Global Expansion Program
- Grant amount: Up to $50,000 (excluding GST) per applicant
- Funding pool: Part of a $2 million South Australian Government commitment over four years
- Applications close: 19 October 2026
The Global Expansion Program helps South Australian businesses grow international sales by identifying and overcoming export barriers, building export capability and delivering practical export growth activities.
The program combines grant funding, a free independent business review and tailored export advice. Successful applicants are assigned a DSD case manager and work with a business review consultant to develop a 12 to 18 month action plan. That plan sets out the activities, service providers and expected outcomes the grant will fund.
The program aims to grow the value of innovative South Australian exports, help businesses implement export strategies in existing and new markets, and increase the number of businesses exporting high value-added products, services and technologies.
