Collective Impact Initiatives provide grant funding and strategic support to help Aboriginal communities in the Northern Territory design and deliver large-scale, long-term, community-led initiatives made up of multiple connected projects. The focus is on building community capacity and control by doing projects together, and achieving long-term impact and wellbeing.

Support can include funding, practical delivery assistance such as planning and procurement support, help to track progress using data and evidence, partnership brokering and coordination, research support, policy reform and advocacy support, and links to complementary programs and opportunities. These initiatives are intended to be strategic and flexible, delivered over multiple years, and shaped through open and inclusive community-led planning. They are not intended to fund a single one-off project or a one-off purchase.
